Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of XO (“we”, “us”, “our”) and all related products and services, including adult content, live streaming, messaging, subscriptions, token wallet, and payouts. By using XO, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1) Eligibility & Age

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use XO.
• Access is prohibited where adult content is illegal. You are responsible for ensuring use is lawful where you reside.

2) Accounts & Security

• Provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and do not share your account.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, fraud, or safety risks.

3) Content Rules (Adult & Safety)

• Strictly prohibited: CSAM, non-consensual content, revenge porn, trafficking, coercion, bestiality, extremism, harassment, threats, doxxing, and any illegal content.
• You must have the rights and necessary consents for all content you upload or stream.
• Leaked or disputed content may be removed upon verified reports; we may notify and cooperate with law enforcement as required.
• No content featuring or targeting minors. We will remove and report suspected CSAM.

4) Creator Obligations

• Comply with laws in your region (including age verification, 2257/recordkeeping where applicable).
• Label and set appropriate privacy/premium flags; honor takedown and DMCA processes.
• No deceptive, fraudulent, or misleading practices.

5) User Conduct

• No harassment, hate, threats, spam, scams, or fraud.
• No circumvention of safety controls, DRM, or access controls.
• Respect others’ privacy; do not post private information without consent.

6) Payments, Tokens, and Subscriptions

• Payments are processed by third-party processors that support adult content merchants; additional terms may apply.
• Token purchases, gifts, conversions, and subscriptions are generally non-refundable except where required by law or processor rules.
• Creators’ payouts may require KYC/identity verification; we may hold or deny payouts for fraud, chargebacks, or policy violations.

7) Intellectual Property

• You retain rights to your content but grant us a license to host, display, transmit, and moderate it on XO.
• Do not infringe others’ IP. Submit DMCA or equivalent notices for alleged infringement; we may remove content and, where appropriate, disable repeat infringers.

8) Moderation & Enforcement

• We may remove or restrict content, suspend features, or terminate accounts for violations or risk mitigation.
• We may preserve data and cooperate with law enforcement as required.

9) Messaging, Live Chat, and Groups

• Messages and chats may be stored and reviewed for abuse prevention, safety, and compliance.
• Do not send illegal, abusive, or non-consensual material.

10) Termination

• You may stop using XO at any time. We may suspend or terminate for any violation, suspected fraud, legal requirement, or risk to users.
• Some terms survive termination (e.g., licenses for operational copies, payment/chargeback obligations, legal compliance, dispute resolution).

11) Disclaimers

• Service is provided “as is” without warranties. Availability, quality, and uptime are not guaranteed.
• We do not control user-generated content and are not liable for it, subject to applicable law.

12) Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, XO will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, goodwill, or reputation.
• Our aggregate liability is limited to the greater of (a) amounts you paid us in the past 3 months, or (b) USD $50, unless prohibited by law.

13) Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your content, conduct, or violation of these Terms or law.

14) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated (e.g., in-app notice or email). Continued use means acceptance of the updated Terms.

15) Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the applicable operating entity’s jurisdiction (to be specified in your production deployment). Venue and dispute resolution terms may be updated in your operational rollout.
