Did you know, you can access our ticketing system portal to review all of the tickets assigned to your system, including quick links off to other useful websites? You can!
Step 1) Double click the Green ProActive P by your clock, to auto-login to our portal.
Step 2) On the Live Connect portal, you’ll see some of the basic system stats on your computer, as well as a number of useful links (such as a link to open a Support Ticket).
Step 3) By clicking the Blue Ticketing icon on the left menu, you’ll enter our ticketing system, and see all of the tickets assigned to your computer. On this menu, you can review all tickets, including their status, and which tech is assigned to address the ticket.
