Walt Hutsky

walt_webWalter Hutsky, IT Manager

Walter joined PBS in April, 2011, as a technologist and in May, of 2014, became IT Manager. He conducts project planning, provides consultations, performs new client orientations, and helps to oversee other PrecisionBS technicians. He works out of the Ebensburg office and specializes in Microsoft Windows servers, network troubleshooting, and virtualization technologies such as VMWare ESXi and Hyper-V. He’s worked in the IT field since 2001 for various organizations and businesses; including Marconi Communications, Pittsburgh Technical Institute, Carnegie Mellon University, Cambria Computing (part owner and founder), CBW Credit Union and Zamias Services (MIS Director).

In is free time, he enjoys mountain biking, website design, karaoke, videography, chess (he’s a nerd), Magic the Gathering (he’s a very big nerd) and spending time with family and friends. He’s also a founding member of a paranormal research group called The Southwestern Pennsylvania League of Apparition Technologists (S.P.L.A.T.).
