How Our Secure Online Backup Works: Our secure online backup software is installed on your computer or server. We configure backup jobs to run daily, hourly, or even every couple of minutes with our new Continuous Data Protection option. When the backup job runs, the first thing it does is encrypt your data with a personalized encryption code (HIPAA Compliant), then will upload your data to our servers. Once your data is saved to our server, it remains encrypted in our data center, which is under video surveillance. Even if our office was broken into and our servers stolen, since your data is encrypted, it cannot be accessed without your encryption code, ensuring it is safe.
